Community Resource Guide

In a life-threatening emergency, minutes matter. having access to your local healthcare resources becomes vital. The CCHD has two full crews of EMTs and Paramedics on standby 24/7 to care for you and to get you to the nearest hospital if needed. In a recent survey of our community, the CCHD Board learned that residents are also looking for help in preventing disease, managing chronic disease, and ensuring mental health.
